Embodied story sharing circle (Haarlem)

Before we start the story sharing we will practice mindful embodiment techniques. These will help us to connect more deeply to ourselves and each other, increasing our capacity for learning and trust. Then we will take it in turns to share stories from our lives. 

My sharing circles are designed to help you grow and learn from the stories you share and those you listen to.  As you will be embodying your own story, there is also the opporunity to heal wounds from the past.
