Join us for a transformative weekend finding the words and the confidence to speak up about what matters most to you.

Do you ever feel anxiety or fear around expressing your ideas in public? This course is designed to connect you with your innate abilities and intuition so that you can speak up more confidently and authentically. 

As well as lots of speaking practice, we will take the small group through a series of embodied practices taken from the worlds of somatics, co-activity and improvisation.
