What is somatic bodywork like?

You will be lying down on a massage table face up. I will apply pressure to certain points (primarily around the face, skull, shoulders, upper chest and legs) to invite tension to disperse from the body.

I will invite you to close your eyes, adopt a particular breath pattern and notice any sensations, movement or emotions that may come up for you. You may experience tingling, shaking, pulsing, heat/cold or strong emotions
